Resources for Trauma

Trauma is one of those things that affect each of us differently. My reaction will be different than someone else. I may not react to something that someone else will react to. Trauma can be a huge event, a small minor irritation, chronic, or something that I am not even aware of or numb. Trauma comes from broken boundaries; spoken or unspoken. Understanding trauma, how to deal with trauma and letting it go is the process of recovery and moving on from it. A good place to start with this process is with
